Job summary

Marston's PLC in Redditch is seeking a Sous Chef to be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering the Head Chef on shifts.

You should bring branded kitchen experience or be an experienced Commis Chef, assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, and be accountable for running the line during service while guiding and developing the kitchen team.

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
