Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere, part of Fuller’s family, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll craft dishes from seasonal, local produce and work alongside talented chefs in a lively, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes using seasonal, local ingredients in a timely, consistent manner.
• Support senior chefs and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, mise-en-place, and food safety throughout service.
