Job summary

Honesty Group is seeking a Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the team on shift, set the tone for great service, and support the Manager in achieving sales and service standards. You’ll be hands-on, customer-facing and responsible for keeping the shop running smoothly day to day.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or retail.
• Confident leading a team and setting standards.
• Customer-focused, organised and reliable.
• Happy to be hands-on on the floor.
• Flexible to work shifts, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Coffee Shop Assistants.
• Open and close the shop as a keyholder.
• Deliver excellent customer service and step in during busy periods.
• Support rotas and sales targets with the Manager.
• Manage stock, deliveries, displays and orders.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and temperature checks are completed.
• Handle customer enquiries and orders (in person and phone).
• Keep the shop clean, welcoming and well presented.
• Complete end-of-day tasks: waste logs, cashing up, lock up.
