Monsoon Accessorize is opening a brand new store in St Andrews, Scotland, seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring store standards are upheld while actively contributing to the store’s success in a fast-paced fashion environment. Join a brand committed to ethics and style.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our brand new Accessorize store that is opening in St Andrews, Scotland soon!

Accessorize is an exciting and ethical fashion brand, dedicated to offering accessories that enable everyone to express themselves and feel confident in their everyday. Born in the 80’s, our first store opened in Covent Garden. Accessorize now has stores across the UK, Republic of Ireland and International Markets.

Our ideal candidate would be customer focused, reflecting the passion we have for our product and the drive to create an exceptional experience for the Accessorize customer.

In This Role You Will

• Lead by example delivering great customer service, product knowledge and be a brand ambassador, ensuring this is a store of choice to all our customers.
• Drive store performance through managing and developing your team, ensuring they are motivated, knowledgeable, and exceeding expectations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support the Management team with the implementation of company procedures and policies.
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
• Support the Management team to ensure visual merchandising/window guidelines are communicated and implemented commercially for your store.
• Be flexible to be able to work variable days and hours across the week.
