Job summary

Veolia is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain our fleet and third-party vehicles to industry standards. You will perform diagnostics using specialist equipment and carry out hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic repairs, while ensuring Health & Safety compliance and accurate documentation.

The role involves coordinating work across depots, managing contractor communications, and conducting weekly workshop inspections.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Veolia fleet and third party vehicles to factory and industry standards.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain workplace safety standards.
• Complete paperwork, timesheets, and update sheets accurately and timely.
• Conduct MOT inspections, preparations, and emergency roadside repairs.
• Coordinate holiday schedules, training allocation, and wash operative coverage across all depots.
