Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor for a 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract at our UK store. This role is 26 hours per week, with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour, based in a bustling retail environment where customer care and team leadership are vital to success.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, complete the Qualified to Advise training, and drive sales, stock, and merchandising while ensuring safe, compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
