The Builders Arms - Cubitt House is seeking an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our Covent Garden-style Cubitt House pubs. You will support daily front-of-house operations, lead by example, and help maintain high service standards across the team.

You’ll motivate staff, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure smooth workflows while ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards. A passion for hospitality and leadership is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or senior front-of-house experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations with the management team.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure efficient service, smooth workflows and adherence to standards.
• Assist with training, coaching and developing team members.
• Monitor stock, rota planning and service readiness for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest queries and service issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
