That's why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy getting things done and who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful.

We're proud to have been appointed to a new 8‑year Framework with Thames Water. As the UK's largest water and wastewater services provider, Thames Water plays a vital role in ensuring a reliable, sustainable network for millions of customers. We're excited to support their long‑term vision by delivering essential infrastructure that strengthens network resilience, boosts environmental performance, and meets the growing needs of the region.

We are committed to delivering clean, reliable water services to our communities, and we're looking for a Supervisor to join our team working with Thames Water. You will play a key role in leading your teams to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations.

Here are just some of the activities you will be involved in...

  • Motivating and managing your team, creating a positive, engaging, and high‑performing working environment
  • Ensuring all works comply with health, safety, environmental legislation, and water quality requirements
  • Monitoring team and individual performance, providing constructive feedback and support where required
  • Promoting continual improvement and encouraging innovative ideas, sharing best practice across the business
  • Ensuring all administration and reporting is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to plan works effectively and optimise labour, plant, and materials while reducing risk
  • Championing a right‑first‑time approach and a strong zero‑harm safety culture

We would love to hear from you if

You have previous experience in a supervisory role within the water or construction sector, ideally delivering clean water or mains renewal projects. You will hold a full, clean UK manual driving licence and have the relevant site‑based qualifications, including Streetworks Supervisor (NRSWA) and SMSTS.

A good working knowledge of water hygiene, service avoidance, and first aid is essential, along with the ability to lead teams safely and effectively in a live operational environment. Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills (including Microsoft Office) will support success in this role.

In this fast‑paced environment, your health and safety expertise, combined with a practical, hands‑on leadership style, will be key to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
