Job summary

Savers is seeking a Supervisor in Grantham to join our team. The role is part-time, 12 hours weekly with potential for more, across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will work with the Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team and deliver strong results while representing the Savers brand in the local community. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of retail experience and a passion for our products.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience is required.
• You will look to develop your own skills to coach others.
• You are passionate about the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations alongside the Store and Assistant Manager.
• Coach and lead the team to deliver strong results.
• Engage with the local community and represent the Savers brand.

Hours per Week: 12 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
