Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for our Gloucester store. You will drive excellent customer service, meet sales KPIs and uphold high standards across operations.

This full-time role requires a full UK driving licence and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You will manage daily store routines and contribute to a growing, UK-wide retail business.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, leisure or customer-focused environment.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
• Supervisory or management experience would be advantageous but not essential.

• Manage customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online.

Supervisor - Gloucester

Position: Supervisor

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £27,000 to £28,000 + bonus potential of around £1,000 per year

Driving Licence: Essential due to training in first 4 weeks not being local

Working pattern: No weekend work or evenings, Full-time, working across the store's opening hours.

The Role

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining high operational standards.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll be speaking with customers, managing enquiries, converting opportunities into sales and helping ensure the store runs smoothly.

You'll also have the opportunity to take real responsibility for the store and develop your experience within a business that offers genuine opportunities for progression.

The Gloucester store is currently closed at weekends, offering an excellent work‑life balance compared with many retail environments. Some flexibility for weekend working will be required should opening hours change in the future, although regular weekend working is not currently expected.

• Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently when required.
• Previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Keen to develop your career within a growing business.
