Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Supervisor on a part‑time basis to support store management in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. The role is 37.5 hours per week and requires leadership to recruit, retain and develop the team, while maintaining exceptional visual merchandising.

You will help drive the store’s KPI performance, nurture staff, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment that reflects our south coast spirit and British style.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication abilities.
• Experience in retail environment.
• Knowledge of fashion retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Provide accurate information about our products including features and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the store.

Purpose Of The Role

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities
