Salary: GBP30000 - GBP31500 per annum + Benefits

We're recruiting for a well-established retailer that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisorto join a business where people, standards and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything they do.

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, leading from the front to inspire your team and deliver an outstanding customer journey. You'll have the autonomy to influence store standards, merchandising and overall presentation while ensuring commercial targets are achieved.

You'll be responsible for supporting all operational aspects of the business, driving sales performance, maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards and creating an engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Coaching, developing and motivating your team will be a major part of the role, helping to build a positive culture and deliver consistent results.
