Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a proactive Supervisor to help run the store floor and uphold our high service standards. You will support colleagues across shifts, ensuring presentation, brand alignment, and smooth daily operations.

In this role you’ll assist with opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and till accuracy, while coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading teams in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication and ability to guide colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Interest in retail, awareness of products and trends, and promoting company values.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
