Job summary

Talosats Careers is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment. You will oversee customer service, uphold brand standards, and support the team to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

You will motivate colleagues, manage diverse tasks, and adapt to a 7-day trading week with flexible shifts from 6am to 10pm. If you are communicative, decisive and customer‑focused, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service

• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are followed
• Upsell and promote promotions
• Provide training to new team members
• Maintain product knowledge across staff
• Work flexible shifts from 6am to 10pm
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members

Your main responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service
• Present the store in-line with the company brand standards guidelines
• Promptly resolve or report all issues affecting the customer experience
• Communicate positively with all colleagues, offering advice and assistance when needed
• Build relationships with the local community to develop a positive representation of the brand
• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are being always followed and adhered to
• Upsell and promote our company wide promotions
• Provide training to new members of the team
• Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees
• Must be able to work flexible shift patterns throughout the trading day (6am - 10pm)
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members
