Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead the pub team, ensuring smooth daily operations and memorable guest experiences. You’ll open, close, stock, and handle cash while modelling excellent customer service.

You’ll work with the wider management team to drive efficient operations and guest satisfaction, with a clear path to progression through internal programmes and rewards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Work with pub management team to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Be a role model for customer service and standards.
• Oversee shifts and pub operations when senior management is away.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
