Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team in Poole. You’ll lead and motivate the crew, ensuring memorable moments for guests and a smoothly run operation across shifts. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Work with pub management to run the business efficiently.
• Opening, closing, stocking and cashing up.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Think on your feet and use initiative.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts when senior managers are away.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team! Right at the heart of the pub – creating moments of joy. As Supervisor you’ll: Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
