Fuller’s, The Gun in Docklands, is seeking a Supervisor to lead a frontline team in a busy pub and hotel setting. You will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain high service standards, and support daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

As a hands-on supervisor, you will mentor staff, foster a positive team culture, and communicate clearly with colleagues and managers to deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.
