Job summary

Room12 is seeking a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction at our live music & late-night venue in Chichester.

Experience in hospitality and running events is essential; Personal License is ideal. You will lead a small team, handle staff training, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: supervise and coordinate the staff.

Room12 is on the hunt for a new supervisor to help run the venue.

We hold late night events 3 days a week, from Karaoke to the biggest student night in Chichester. We have the best Bandeoke once a month. We love all things music and all things students.

We have a small but amazing team that we are constantly growing as the business grows. If you love live music and fun late night events, and have previous experience working with hospitality, running events and managing a team, we want to meet you.

Experience in a similar role is required, and a Personal License holder would be ideal.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

As a Supervisor of our venue, your primary role is to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the events. You will be responsible for managing the staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the staff
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the venue.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitor pub operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Training and Development of the team, also Fostering a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and professional growth.
• Compliance and Due Diligence: Adhering to cash and stock policies, licensing requirements, health and safety and fire regulations.
• Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
