Savers is hiring a part-time Supervisor in Cheltenham. The role is 16 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is £13.50 per hour, with opportunities for more hours.

You’ll support the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching the team to deliver great results and serve the local community. Join Savers and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store culture with progression opportunities and employee benefits.

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills to help others.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional results.
