Job summary

The Bell Inn, part of Young's Pubs, sits on the edge of Stow-on-the-Wold and offers a historic setting with great food and service. We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead shifts and deliver exceptional guest care while preserving the Inn's character.

The Bell Inn sits proudly on the periphery of Stow-on-the-wold, one of the gems in the Cotswolds. Steeped in history the town is the perfect location from which to explore both the stunning countryside and charming towns around every corner.

The Inn is 350 years old approx; we aim to provide the very best in offering great food and premium service at the Inn but take great care not to dilute any of its ancient characters.

With fourteen beautifully decorated en suite bedrooms we consider ourselves one of the leading Inns in the Cotswolds.

The Inn boasts a rare front garden/terrace which is the perfect place to relax in Summer with a glass of rosé or you can sit by our log burner and warm up in the Winter with a pint or Youngs ale.

What we look for in a Supervisor:

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
