The Bell in Fetcham is seeking a Supervisor to join our village pub, bar and restaurant. You will help deliver attentive hospitality and ensure guests enjoy freshly prepared nostalgic food in a welcoming setting.

As a Supervisor you will train the team to maintain high standards, lead shifts as a responsible key holder, and contribute to the ongoing success of the pub. This is a visible role with opportunities for career development within our community hub.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality is desirable.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to train others.
• Reliable, responsible and able to lead shifts.

You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
