Job summary

Savers is seeking a Part-time Supervisor in Chelmsford to support the Store and Assistant Manager in coaching the team and driving results. You’ll wear the Savers uniform, roll up your sleeves, and engage with the local community to inspire your team and deliver exemplary store performance.

The role emphasises developing staff, delivering great customer service, and contributing to a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Ability to develop and mentor others.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Support Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team and maximise opportunities.
• Get involved on the shop floor and lead by example to drive results.

Location: Chelmsford

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
