Harri is seeking a Supervisor for The Tivoli, a vibrant venue offering street-food stalls, multiple bars, indoor golf, shuffleboard, events space and a roof terrace with views over Jesus Green. You’ll champion guest experience and mentor the team across its diverse offerings.

Expect to lead shifts as a trusted key holder, train colleagues, and drive exceptional service while supporting event activity and guest satisfaction in a busy hospitality environment.

Supervisor

Combining 2 street food stalls, an array of amazing drinks across 4 bars, two 9-hole indoor golf courses, a shuffleboard basement, event/screening room and a roof terrace with wonderful views across Jesus Green. On top of the above, with its planned flexibility of layout, The Tivoli lends itself to the hosting of a plethora of events, from national celebrations, key sporting occasions, local one-off & regular activities.

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
