Job summary

The Salisbury Arms in Cambridge is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality leader to take responsibility for the customer journey, ensure orders are accurate, and support kitchen and front-of-house teams.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced venue, promote our pizza and beer offerings, and help drive great service, a positive culture, and strong guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.
• Ambitious and results-driven, keen to develop your career and your teams.

Responsibilities
