Job summary

Salisbury Arms on Tenison Road Cambridge is seeking Front of House staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offer. You will be part of a friendly team that proudly serves artisan pizzas, comforting dishes and a range of beers.

As a Front of House teammate you will guide guests through their visit, take accurate orders, support the kitchen, handle payments, and promote menu and drinks.

Qualifications

• Previous front-of-house experience in hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Passion for food and beer with a focus on guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurised environment and support the team.
• Ambitious, result-driven with a desire to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the customer journey and ensure an exceptional experience.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Ensure payments and receipts are correct.

Position

We are looking for talented, motivated and passionate Front of House staff to join our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.

Front of House duties include:

• Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
• Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
• Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
• Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
• Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
• Being a supportive and proactive team member

Requirements

• Previous experience working front of house in a hospitality or customer facing environment
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
• A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and grow with us
