Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor for a water treatment project in Luton. You will oversee site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works progress on programme and to specification, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background, hands-on supervision experience, RAMS knowledge, and holds SSSTS and CSCS qualifications, plus a full UK driving licence. IT-literate with good site records management is essential.

Site Supervisor Requirements:
