Job summary

Rockfish Budleigh is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Training to support day-to-day supervision, lead exceptional guest experiences, and mentor the team in their training and career development.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences and supervise alcohol service as part of a dynamic, coastal restaurant group known for sustainability and great culture.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager in Training, you will:

• Support the Managers in the supervision of the restaurant day to day

• Supervise the serving of alcohol
