Job summary

Chef & Brewer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy pub shift, ensuring high standards, smooth service and happy customers.

You will deputise for the management team, coordinate the bar and floor teams, and keep everything running like clockwork while maintaining safety and allergen controls. Join a supportive, customer‑facing role with a strong focus on teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
