Charles Wells is seeking a Supervisor for Brewpoint in Bedford to lead a small team and guide the guest journey. You will take orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure payments and receipts are accurate while confidently promoting our menu and drinks.

Supervisor Duties Include

• Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none

Requirements

• Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
• A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
