Job summary

Novap HR in Winnersh, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Supervising Solicitor to lead a Family Law team within a hybrid role (2 days onsite). The successful candidate will handle a range of family matters, provide high-quality client care, and work towards supervision accreditation if not already held.

You will supervise paralegals, manage court applications and CCMS Legal Aid processes, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Solicitor qualification recognised in England and Wales
• Relevant accreditation for Supervising, or must be willing to obtain
• Must have, minimum 5 years PQE
• Experience working on legal aid cases
• Detailed, organised, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Must be confident in managing a team of Paralegals and supporting them in their roles
• Confident in using IT and different software
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills

A well-established Family Law Firm in Winnersh is looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its supportive team.
