Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join our growing Family Law team in Liverpool. You will take ownership of a varied and complex caseload, handling Family and Children Law matters across private and public law with a high degree of autonomy.

The role offers progression within a supportive team, with hybrid working, a competitive salary, and opportunities to develop professionally as part of a well-established department.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing your own Family Law caseload.
• Excellent knowledge of Legal Aid and CCMS processes.
• Good advocacy and court experience.
• Experience dealing with complex and sensitive family matters.
• Experience supervising or mentoring more junior colleagues.
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of billing and targets.
• Proactive approach to business development and networking.
• Children Panel accreditation or interest in accreditation would be highly desirable.
