Key Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment: ensuring shelves are full and products are correctly placed for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
• Reducing wastage through product diligence and markdowns for items nearing their sell-by date.
• Supporting the wider shop team with checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, fulfilling on-demand customer requests, and more.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Essential skills/experience you'll need

• Effective communication skills to work well with your team and customers.

Desirable skills/experience you may have

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Interest and knowledge of food and drink trends.
• Flexible approach to support the branch as needed.
