About the role

As a Supermarket Assistant, you'll help us make a difference by providing excellent service to our customers, offering the passionate, Partner-led service for which Waitrose is known. Your dedication to going the extra mile will enhance our customers' experience and foster their loyalty to the Waitrose brand.

Note: Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over.

Additional pay: You will receive a shift premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00, paid at the role's minimum pay rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and products correctly positioned.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
• Reducing wastage through product due diligence and markdowns.
• Supporting the wider shop team with checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
