Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in the South East seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver power and infrastructure projects, including substations, grid connections and HV works for large data centre developments. You will drive programme performance, manage commercial outcomes and maintain strong client relationships from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within utilities, power, infrastructure or construction.
• Electrical, Engineering or Civils background.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and contract administration.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts would be advantageous.
• Excellent programme management and commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience delivering projects within live operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple power and infrastructure projects.
• Drive project programmes and milestones are achieved.
• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
• Oversee commercial performance and contractual obligations.
• Lead and develop site teams and project staff.
• Manage project risks, resources and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and FIDIC contract requirements.
• Work closely with design, engineering and operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
