Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead substations, grid connections and HV works on major UK infrastructure projects. You will own projects from inception to completion, directing delivery teams, managing client relationships and ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

You'll work with NEC and FIDIC frameworks, manage large budgets, and mentor multidisciplinary teams while developing long-term client partnerships across utilities and data centre ventures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure, utilities, power or construction projects.
• Strong Electrical, Engineering or Civils background.
• Excellent understanding of NEC contracts and contract administration.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Demonstrable experience managing large budgets and project programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective leader with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to operate in client-facing environments and build long-term relationships

We are partnering with a leading infrastructure contractor delivering major HV power and data centre projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager who can deliver substations, grid connections and HV works that support large projects such as data centres.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Senior Project Manager or a high-performing Project Manager ready to take the next step. You'll take ownership of major projects from inception through to completion, leading delivery teams, managing client relationships, driving commercial performance and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to budget.
