Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver substations, grid connections and HV works for major UK projects, including data centre developments. You will own projects from inception to completion, lead delivery teams, and manage client relationships to ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires a strong Electrical/Civils background, extensive NEC and FIDIC contract knowledge, and proven ability to manage large budgets and

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure, utilities, power or construction projects.
Strong Electrical, Engineering or Civils background.
Excellent understanding of NEC contracts and contract administration.
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
Demonstrable experience managing large budgets and project programmes.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Effective leader with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
Ability to operate in client-facing environments and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of multiple high-value power and infrastructure projects.
Drive programme performance and project execution from start to finish.
Take ownership of project commercials and contractual obligations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Lead and mentor Project Managers, Engineers and site delivery teams.
Manage risk, resource planning and project reporting.
Ensure compliance with NEC and FIDIC contractual frameworks.
Work closely with operational, commercial and engineering teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
