Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Power & Infrastructure (Substations) to deliver substations, grid connections and HV works on high-profile data centre projects across the South East.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage programmes, costs and client relationships from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery in live operational environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within utilities, power, infrastructure or construction.
• Electrical, Engineering or Civils background.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and contract administration.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts would be advantageous.
• Excellent programme management and commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience delivering projects within live operational environments.

Project Manager - Power & Infrastructure (Substations)

We are working with a leading power infrastructure contractor delivering major HV infrastructure and data centre projects across the South East. With a strong pipeline of secured work and significant growth plans, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager who can deliver substations, grid connections and HV works that support large projects such as data centres.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of power and infrastructure projects, driving programme performance, commercial outcomes and client relationships from inception through to completion.

Working closely with internal delivery teams, subcontractors, clients and key stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
