Job summary

Search is recruiting for an experienced M&E Site Manager to support a major transmission substation project at Dounreay West in Caithness. You will coordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities, lead supervisors and site teams, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality and cost targets.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, and prior substation experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team coordination across multiple work fronts.
• Experience with safety, quality and environmental requirements on substations.
• Supervisory experience on transmission/substation projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead supervisors, site teams and work activities across multiple fronts.
• Work with Installation Manager and senior site management to deliver works safely and on plan.
• Ensure timely, quality delivery within cost and compliant with plans.
