Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD seeks a Lead Supervisor for a major transmission substation project at Dounreay West, Caithness. This is a senior site leadership role coordinating supervisors, teams and work fronts under the Senior Site Manager / Project Manager.

The ideal candidate has substantial substation background and a track record leading teams within electricity transmission. You will ensure safe, timely delivery with quality and cost control, reporting to project management.

Qualifications

• Senior supervisory experience in substations or transmission projects.
• Experience leading multiple site teams and supervisors.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements in a substation environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead supervisors and site teams across multiple work fronts.
• Work with Installation Manager and Senior Site Management to deliver works safely and on time.
• Plan upcoming works ensuring engineering information, plant, materials and resources are ready.
