Job summary

Omexom UK is seeking a Civils Site Manager to oversee civil work on electrical substations in Scotland. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of works on time and meeting the required standards. The successful candidate will manage daily site operations and lead civil contractors, contributing to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years’ experience in DNO substation sites, relevant qualifications, and a strong ability to manage and motivate staff.

Qualifications

• Proven site management history with the ability to execute critical tasks in real time.
• Sound knowledge of H&S and risk assessments.
• Ability to plan works in the most efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage all specified civil work on electrical substations to ensure delivery on time.
• Daily management of civil contractors and ensure site safety.
• Provide key information to the Construction Manager.
