Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking multiple Site Managers for a 12-month contract to support major utilities infrastructure projects in Scotland. The role involves coordinating site activities, subcontractors, programme and project documentation across multiple sites and client locations within Scotland.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of project experience, with HV substations, power infrastructure or heavy industrial project exposure; travel across Scotland is required and a UK driving licence

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in project delivery, project engineering, construction or an assistant PM role.
• Experience with HV substations, power infrastructure or heavy industrial projects is desirable.
• Exposure to substation construction, upgrades, refurbishment or major electrical infrastructure is a plus.
• Knowledge of CDM, RAMS and HSE standards.
• Ability to travel regularly across Scotland and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Delivery by assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day activities and programme alignment.
• Coordinate substation works, upgrades, refurbishment and associated electrical/civil tasks.
• Support HSE and quality requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage site activities by coordinating with site teams, engineers and subcontractors.
• Assist with programme milestones, look-ahead schedules and progress tracking.
