The Subsidence Regional Manager will lead the Subsidence Specialist Team, directing end-to-end claims, maintaining client relationships and driving operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in insurance, risk management, or related field.
• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, supervisory/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations, and repair techniques.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with stakeholder focus.
• Analytical, decisive, and able to interact with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of subsidence specialists to high performance targets.
• Oversee end-to-end subsidence claims within the region with adherence to policies.
• Provide guidance on complex cases and collaborate with insurers and risk assessors.
• Monitor KPIs, audit quality, and implement improvements to processes.
• Manage client relationships and support business development opportunities.
