GHG Solutions Ltd, a UK loss adjusting specialist, seeks an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead the Subsidence Specialist Team across the assigned region. You will ensure efficient handling of subsidence claims, maintain client relationships, and drive performance against targets.

The role requires a strong track record in subsidence claims management, excellent leadership, and the ability to mentor a high-performing team. Travel within the region is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience in subsidence claims management, supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with focus on operational targets.
• Proficient in using claims management software.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of subsidence specialists to achieve goals.
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring to team members.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
• Oversee end-to-end management of subsidence claims within the region.
• Review complex claims to determine coverage and settlement strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on complex cases to the team.
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters and risk assessors.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business development to expand client relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on claims activities and regional trends.
