Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Contract management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor marine installation and shore-end activities.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations and contracts.
• Provide input to project planning, risk assessments and method statements.
• Interface with client representatives, marine contractors and offshore personnel.
• Manage vessel readiness, mobilization and demobilization.
• Monitor performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide updates on progress, risks and forecast completion dates.
• Maintain cost control and budget tracking.
