Job summary

Expro in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering Subsea Well Access Projects on time and within budget, meeting client quality expectations. You will be the primary liaison between clients, regional teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring resource alignment, financial performance and accountability across all delivery phases.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within the oil & gas industry.
• Possess or be working towards a formal project management qualification.
• Take full ownership of allocated subsea projects and lead project teams.
• Experience managing budgets and scheduling with internal/external resources.
• Results oriented with initiative to spot opportunities and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of projects on schedule, within budget & to defined specification.
• Work to company Project Management guidelines and procedures.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
• Demonstrate best practice in Project Management and program leadership.
• Maintain benchmark performance criteria and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with regional business lines for smooth transitions to operations.
• Act as the focal point for client contact.
• Drive value by optimizing engineering & supply chain activities.
• Provide bid support for regional business development and sales teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting to stakeholders.
