Exclaimer, a global award-winning SaaS provider, is recruiting a Senior Product Manager to own Stripe-based billing, channel, and PRM initiatives. With 300+ colleagues across the UK, US, Europe and APAC, Exclaimer offers a collaborative, outcomes-driven culture and significant growth opportunities in a multi-channel platform for branded business communications.

The role leads end-to-end delivery, partners with Sales, Engineering and Finance, and shapes the partner experience to scale revenue.

Qualifications

Senior Product Manager with experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience with Stripe payments, billing, and invoicing integration.
Channel ecosystem experience including Distribution, Reseller, or MSP models.
Proven ability to coordinate large, cross-functional technical programmes.
Direct customer/partner engagement in a product capacity.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Stripe as billing/payments/invoicing platform.
Define requirements and align Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams.
Identify and manage risk; surface trade-offs clearly in a multi-team env.
Establish success metrics for migration and track outcomes.
Lead PRM work with Salesforce-based Partner Relationship Management.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and channel partners to define partner experience.
Drive requirements to reduce tickets and streamline provisioning.
Ensure PRM integrates with billing systems and scales with channel growth.
Own roadmap for Channel capabilities post initial programmes.
Evolve REST API and platform integrations for partner growth.
Understand partner ecosystem, commercial models, support needs.
Improve partner experience and revenue through optimization.
Lead discovery with UX and Engineering; maintain prioritised backlog.
Communicate roadmap and decisions to executives and board.
