Future PLC in Cardiff is seeking a proactive Operations Lead for the Customer Subscriptions team. You will guide daily operations, optimize workflows with AI, and partner with technology, procurement, and third-party vendors to drive strategic initiatives.

The role involves overseeing CRM systems like Salesforce and subscription platforms such as Zuora and Chargebee, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance across platforms. Hybrid work with 2 days in the Cardiff office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding, coaching, or managing teams in an operational environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate operational projects and map business processes.
• Familiarity with incorporating AI tools to streamline routine workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Experience supporting vendor administration, budget tracking, or risk management controls.
• Strong communication skills across multi-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM platforms and billing software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach Customer Subscriptions Associates and balance daily workloads.
• Collaborate with Head of Operations to implement AI solutions across the tech stack.
• Manage operational projects from planning to rollout with minimal service disruption.
• Track budgets, process invoices, and manage purchase order workflows.
• Coordinate supplier proposals and maintain vendor contract records.
• Maintain risk frameworks and SOPs to ensure compliance across platforms.
