Future is seeking a role to manage the Cardiff subscriptions team, guiding daily operations and implementing AI-enabled processes. You will collaborate with technology, procurement and vendors to deliver strategic initiatives across multi-channel platforms.

You will use Salesforce, Zuora and Chargebee to manage subscriptions, budgets and risk frameworks while ensuring smooth, compliant operations with cross-functional colleagues in a hybrid Cardiff office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operational team in a customer service or subscription environment.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects and map business processes.
• Experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Experience with vendor administration, budgets, and risk controls.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Cardiff customer subscriptions team and oversee key workflows.
• Partner with technology, procurement, and vendors on strategic initiatives.
• Implement AI solutions within the customer service tech stack.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and purchase orders; track risks and compliance.
• Drive operational projects from planning to rollout without service disruption.
