Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Sub Agent for a major Energy infrastructure project in Norfolk to manage subcontractors and multiple work packages on site, ensuring safety, programme and quality.

The successful candidate will review drawings, RAMS and construction documentation, coordinating with engineering, commercial and construction teams, and maintain accurate project records. Immediate start, circa £450 per day for 6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sub Agent on major civils or infrastructure projects.
• Strong subcontractor management experience.
• Experience delivering or managing cladding works.
• Experience managing subcontractor packages under NEC contracts.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and work packages.
• Knowledge of RAMS and site documentation.
• SMSTS and CSCS valid.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors across multiple work packages.
• Taking responsibility for subcontractor performance, progress, quality and delivery.
• Managing subcontractor packages under NEC contracts.
• Overseeing and coordinating cladding works on site.
• Attending and contributing to collaborative planning and programme meetings.
• Monitoring site progress and ensuring works remain on programme.
• Coordinating upcoming activities with engineering, commercial and construction teams.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, RAMS and construction documentation.
• Managing interfaces between subcontractors and resolving delivery issues.
• Ensuring works are completed safely and to the required quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate site records, progress reports and project documentation.
