Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Sub Agent to lead a section of civil works near Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. You will manage a team of Section and Site Engineers, ensuring delivery, safety, QA and subcontractor performance.

The role requires CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS, and a full UK driving license, with proven leadership on earthworks, drainage, pavement, or roadworks. Reporting to site management, you will own planning, RAMS, and handover documentation.

Qualifikationen

• CSCS Card, SSSTS or SMSTS, and full UK driving license are essential.
• Experience leading engineering teams on major civil infrastructure projects (earthworks, drainage, pavement, etc.).
• Good working knowledge of H&S legislation, RAMS creation, and handover processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead site safety with a Zero Harm focus; manage RAMS, permits, and temporary works.
• Investigate incidents, conduct site audits, and perform trend analysis for safety improvements.
• Guide engineers, manage NCRs, and own handover documentation (Green Files).
• Produce resourced stage programmes; track KPIs and ensure alignment with lookahead schedules.
• Maintain detailed site diaries, monitor subcontractor performance, and draft commercial correspondence.
